1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Pray Together Stay Together App  ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pray Together Stay Together App  is a Christian-based mobile application designed to provide faith-based content, including but not limited to:

  • Devotional materials

  • Prayer resources

  • Biblical teachings

  • Community features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You must be at least 21 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Christian principles of integrity, love, respect, and kindness.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to Christian values

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security

  • Use the App to promote non-Christian religious beliefs or practices that conflict with biblical Christianity

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through the App, including text, graphics, videos, audio, and software, is owned by PRAY ALWAYS MINISTRY or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

  • Content may only be submitted through the Contact portion of the App

  • Prayer Requests will be held in confidence unless you give written permission to share your request

  • You retain ownership of content you submit

  • By posting positive content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App unless specified. 

  • You represent that you have the right to post such content

  • We reserve the right to remove and not respond to any content that violates these Terms

5.3 Biblical Content

Scripture quotations and biblical references are used in accordance with fair use principles and publisher permissions where required.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Services

  • Premium features may require a paid subscription

  • Subscriptions  to the Couples Prayer Journal will not be renewed automatically. Other subscriptions will automatically renew if stated, unless cancelled

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable app store policies

7.2 Free Services

Basic features of the App are provided free of charge and supported by donations, sales and grants.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Spiritual Guidance

  • The App provides general Christian content and is not a substitute for personal Bible study, prayer, or pastoral counseling

  • We encourage users to seek guidance from qualified Christian counselors for specific spiritual or marital matters

  • Content is for informational and inspirational purposes only

8.2 Technical Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRAY ALWAYS MINISTRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling the App. No refunds will be given.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. No refunds will be given in this situation.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of TEXAS, USA without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PRAY ALWAYS MINISTRY regarding the use of the App.
